We now offer nonsurgical options. Priapus Shot (P-Shot®) patients may see gains in the order of 10-20% of their original size when post-procedure pumping is followed consistently during the first 6 weeks. If more girth is desired, Dr. Leonardo may recommend augmentation using a customized filler blend.
How we enhance girth
The procedure uses a hybrid blend of Radiesse® and hyaluronic acid dermal filler, performed under local anesthesia without incisions during a roughly two-hour appointment. Radiesse® helps stimulate collagen formation, while HA filler adds soft bulk and remains more adjustable if refinement is needed later.
The blend is designed to feel fuller and more natural than filler alone while maintaining some reversibility. Treatment planning is individualized to your anatomy, baseline size, and partner considerations.
What gains can you expect?
Many patients achieve about a 1/2" increase in shaft girth from an initial 7 mL of product. Additional volume may be placed during the same procedure or staged later when larger gains are desired.
Can the glans be enlarged?
Yes. Glans filler can be incorporated when appropriate, typically with 3-4 syringes, and may also be discussed in the context of sensitivity or premature ejaculation concerns during consultation.
How long does it last?
Retained girth has been seen for 18-30 months in some patients, though many choose maintenance top-offs of about 5 mL every 9-12 months.
Is it safe?
As with any filler treatment, vascular occlusion is the most important complication to avoid. The procedure is performed with blunt-tip cannulas and AccuVein guidance to help visualize vasculature. Bruising, bleeding, and swelling should be expected after treatment, and rare risks are reviewed during consultation.
Downtime and aftercare
Patients are typically advised to rest the penis for 2 weeks to allow filler to settle with minimal migration. Avoid intercourse, masturbation, baths, and pools until the entry sites have closed, and keep the area clean and dry during the early healing phase.
